Halloween Wreath

I posted a picture of my halloween wreath on Facebook a few days ago, but I wanted to post it here, too, so any of my readers who aren't on Facebook can see it (Mary, this is for you-please, please, please get on Facebook so you can see the crafty things I post!!).

Be still my beating heart!  I love this wreath, and it only took an evening to put together.  I did a flat-backed foam wreath form for this so it would lay nicely against the door.  Some of the wider ribbon I had to fold under so the next layer would fit, but it came together nicely.  The little broomstick is my favorite part, I'm totally channeling my love for Harry Potter there.  I found it online at Hobby Lobby.  Seriously, I need that store to open here.  The closest one is in Seattle and I have never been, but I stalk their website frequently and I got this little cutie last November on clearance for like a dollar.  Holla!  It totally completes the wreath, too.  Click here to see my inspiration for this wreath.  Do you make any of your Halloween decorations?

I can guarantee you would spend way too much money if there was a Hobby Lobby in Portland! Besides all the amazing products they have, they are almost always on sale or have a 40% off coupon! Plus, their founder/owner is a Christian!
