I like St. Patty's day. It was the day my mom was actually due to have me, so I kind of feel like it's my day, like I have a certain claim on it. It's a stress free holiday...no presents to shop for and wrap, no decorations, and no special baking. The day just shows up, you wear green, and in my case, you take cute pictures of my cute kiddo in her Irish gear.
