What have we been up to? A whole lotta nuthin'. I have been sick as a dog and yesterday was the first day I could breathe through my nose, which is like awesome when you haven't been able to in nine days. I was so tired of doing nothing that yesterday I cleaned my kitchen until it is spotless. It almost sparkles it is so clean, and it felt so good to be doing something productive. Other than that, it's been pretty low key around here. Here are some pictures from the last week.

I know, they're bad. I realize they're full of sugar and artificial crap and all that, but I had a coupon, yo, so don't judge. And let me just say that they are kind of tasty in a plastic, fake kind of way. One day when I was sick I watched an Extreme Couponing marathon so I was inspired to use a coupon and this is what I chose.

These are Savannah's ADORABLE little feet and legs. She was in the exersaucer and I like the whole Will Smith thing she's got going on with her pants, don't you? One pant leg always gets caught in the seat. But I could just eat those cute, chubby little feet all day! Couldn't you? Oh my gosh, her feet make me so happy.
Chris went to the store to get me 7-up and saltines and brought these little biter biscuits home for Savannah. They make a huge mess but they are totally worth it. She just chills in her high chair and chews and chews and chews away on these things for like 20 minutes! Why is that a big deal? Can you say, "that's enough time for mommy to unload the dishwasher and swap the laundry and read a story to Sydney and pee in privacy?" 20 minutes is wonderful!
And last but not least, here is a diaper cake I made for a friend on Friday. She texted me on Friday morning that they needed a diaper cake that evening and would I be able to throw one together? They rushed the diapers over and in two hours I busted this one out. Not as cute as I would have done if I had had more time, but I was pretty pleased with it. I don't know the mom but as I was tying diapers I was praying for her and this little baby. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon!

Oh my Lord, I'm praying my sickness doesn't last as long as yours, although i'm going on day 5 now, 6 if you count the day I started feeling icky. Yesterday I was super productive and today I was mildly productive....I think being sick is good for my home in a way because when I'm well, we're never home! :) Glad you're feeling better....we still need to meet up for our coffee date!!
Dara you are such a great friend! Look at you busting out these Diaper cakes. I still have the ribbon and the 'S' from Stella's. I actually saw a woman in Albertson's with her huge coupon binder the other day. It seems everyone is doing it...I told Aaron I suck at it! He wishes I were an amazing couponer, but maybe you can teach me!
