Being a Duck Cheerleader

This last weekend Sydney went to cheerleading clinic at University of Oregon. She is in love with the Oregon cheerleaders and was really excited to get to go. When we got there this nice cheerleader checked us in and Sydney walked right up to her and asked for a picture.

At the clinic they did cheers, played games, and made crafts. They also got to watch the cheerleaders doing stunts, which was pretty fun. Here she is in a conga line!

All the girls got to sit in the front row at a basketball game. Sydney was sitting next to a girl named London, which I thought was pretty cute (get it...London and Sydney...two cities).

Sydney was on the big screen!

They got to perform at halftime of the game. I was so proud of her!

Savannah had lots of fun watching her sister. She really wanted to get right in there and play with the bigger girls, and as soon as I put her down she was off!

Savannah was very intrigued with the basketball game. She was watching it very seriously! My girls are used to going to sporting events, so she did really good for about 3/4 of the time, then she got tired.

It was such a fun day!
