Feedin' the Ducks

I think there's been a misunderstanding. Most people think I don't like the sunshine. This is only partially true. I don't like the bright sunshine streaming in through my windows, this tends to give me a migraine. But, what I really hate is the heat that often accompanies the sunshine. I am a winter girl at heart and I do not enjoy any weather above 55 degrees. But, I do enjoy a crisp, cold, clear day and that is what we have been having lately. Look at this view from the park this last week:


The girls and I went out because Sydney had made a request to feed the ducks. We enjoyed a walk around the pond.



Sydney got her wish of feeding the ducks...



...but Savannah didn't really understand the whole concept and ate the bread for herself.



We had a really nice time. It was one of those days where you come home and your cheeks are pink from the cold wind. Love it.
