Happy Birthday, Sydney!

Today my first baby, sweet Sydney Grace, turns four years old! I can't believe she is four already. It feels like she was just born. When I first held her four years ago, I couldn't have even imagined the happiness she would bring us. I never could have pictured her white blonde hair, her spunky attitude, her big bear hugs, her skinny little legs, her love of dancing with her daddy and cooking with her mommy, her holding and laughing with her baby sister, and all the blessings that she has given us over the years. I have taken a million little moments over the last few years, and again today, to thank God for this amazing first child of mine! Here she is all swaddled up when she was just a few days old.


And here she is at her ballerina birthday party yesterday, along with her bestie Madison, who will be turning four tomorrow.
